Located in Manchester, England, Chris specialises in biomechanics and athletic development coaching catering for 121, small group, club and educational settings.
2024 also saw us expand into Belfast, Northern Ireland where we plan to return in 2025 for our speed school workshops in partnership with GoanServe Football Academy.
Chris began his coaching career aged 16 in Gibraltar and soon fell in love with coaching.
Chris has played sport since a young age mainly in cross country running, football, rugby and more recently strongman where he competed at OSG England's Strongest Man.
Upon returning to England to study at College, Chris would go on to coach at clubs including Cambridge United, Leicester City, Bradford Bulls and Leeds Rhinos and is currently an academy football scout for Stockport County FC.
With a passion for self development Chris' qualifications include; Level 3 Personal Trainer, Diploma in Biomechanics Coaching, Youth Strength and Conditioning coach, FA and RFL level 2 coach and regularly undergoes additional training to ensure his athletes are trained and educated in the best possible way.
Getting to know you is important and as such you are a person first and athlete second.
You will experience ongoing movement and technique analysis to see where you currently are on your journey and your progress is monitored throughout your time at Chris Honor Performance. This enables us to minimise any injury risk and provide effective structure and support to your training so that you can excel both in your chosen sport and in life.
